Flight Leader wanted for top-notch formation flying team. Will be responsible for instructing (possible ground school/briefings) as well as directing from the leader position of any formations. This position will be best suited to someone with time, patience, a good attitude, and experience. 2 of the 4 will do.
It only takes 2 to make a formation. I'm willing to listen and follow directions. PM me please.

I was invited to a FAA Formation Flight ground school and I've been in a few formations in real life (not as pilot, only as lucky guy sitting there) I'd be glad to help write out material, however my time is VERY limited due to taking a total of 19.5 units...
