SCT_APP alternate frequency is now 128.05. This reduces potential for conflicts with actual area or sector frequencies.
Use 124.5 for running combined normally. Use 128.05 for combined during events or when Zuma is staffed.

The new DEN STARS are not flow-dependent. Assign any as listed in the LOA.
If pilots still request the old STARs, encourage the HBU.POWDR1 arrival. If they insist on the old RNAV arrival, then it's fine.

Three additional call signs have been added to AFV to allow for ad-hoc center splits. All of these will use all ZLA transceivers so there are no gaps depending on which sectors are split.
