Just checking in...

Sat Jun 04, 2011 4:53 am

...to see how everything is going. I know I haven't been around much but life has been pretty busy for me lately. It's good to see so many new faces and hope everyone is doing well. As for myself, I graduated college in May 2010 and am now an Airport Operations Supervisor at MSY (New Orleans).

Hopefully one day I can come back and make an appearance on the scopes again.

Cee Dub back in the hizzy!!

Good to hear from ya, man! Hey.. let us know if you're still working down there around this time next year! I may be headed that way for a tournament in Baton Rouge, and MSY is the closest major airport. If you're there, I'll make the time to stop and have a chat!

BL - I will still be working here by then, I'm sure. Please let me know and I will make arrangements to be working that day. Baton Rouge also has an airport (KBTR) and services air carriers. Though, MSY is not far from Baton Rouge.

Just et me know man...

Chance,

I went to school and worked at flight dispatch with an Abbi Miller, who also happens to be an Airport Operations Supervisor at New Orleans... do you by chance know her? If so, tell her AJ says hi.

I do know Abbi...she started about a month or so after I did. What a small world, huh?

I also went to school with and worked with an Eric Friedman who was from the area... not sure what he's currently up to, but I think he might be working at the airport as well.

Yeah Friedman works at the airport. I'm not sure what his title is exactly but I know he works in Ops somewhere.

Yes, Friedman does work at MSY but no longer in Ops. He was working in Ops here for only a few months but was already planned ahead for him to be transferred to the Training Dept. He's currently assisting the Training Cooridinator and the newly found Customer Service department. Atleast for now...

We also had a guy named Oliver who worked with us but recently had been promoted....he's from Riddle as well as another young woman named Kemper....not sure if you know them.
