In stark contrast to the last video I posted, this is a clip that I put together for a friend of mine who was kind enough to ferry me out to Lancaster, PA to pick up my plane from the prop shop a few weeks ago. This one has a little bit of ATC audio, but mostly dialogue and some music (trust me when I say that I did not choose the music, although, it turns out it's not as terrible as I originally feared).

I like the video because it captures the pleasure of a simple VFR flight from A to B, with nice views of the airport on the way out (Lincoln Park really is a pretty field).

And I love the ending to the video when your friend says "Open, and sorry, that probably hurt"! You gotta love the top latch on Piper aircraft although non-aviation folks might wonder about that ending!

I used to live 30 minutes from Lancaster, PA! It's a wonderful place. Too bad I still don't live there...or I'd be free flying around the three miles of open land we used to have.
